Requirements
Mandarin Proficiency: Fluency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers and stakeholders.
E-commerce Expertise: Proven experience in managing online sales platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, and Facebook.
Auto-Reply Setup: Technical skills to set up and configure auto-reply systems on WhatsApp and Messenger, including knowledge of relevant tools and software.
Customer Service: Strong communication and customer service skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to drive sales performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities
The E-commerce Executive will play a crucial role in managing our presence on multiple e-commerce platforms in Malaysia, including Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, and Facebook. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Mandarin and have the technical skills to set up and manage auto-reply systems on WhatsApp and Messenger, enhancing our customer service capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management: Oversee and maintain the company's e-commerce presence on Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, and Facebook, ensuring all product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
Customer Support: Implement and manage auto-reply systems on WhatsApp and Messenger to promptly address customer inquiries and improve response times.
Order Processing: Monitor order fulfillment processes on various platforms to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics across platforms to identify trends and areas for improvement in online sales.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and optimize product visibility on all e-commerce platforms.
